Coatsnmore began its remarkable journey with the great vision of our Founder Mr. Jiwan Goel who transitioned maritime adventures to Fashion. Mr. Jiwan Goel who spent more than 13 years in the Merchant Navy, took a creative turn in 1986 when he decided to venture into the fashion industry with the support of his wife Mrs. Kusum Goel. They embarked on a new voyage together which was focused on transforming their passion and vision for fashion and craftsmanship into a successful business.
In 1986, Mr. and Mrs. Goel started their journey with an embroidery business which was a testament to their passion, dedication, and enduring efforts to quality and precision. This initial phase laid a solid foundation and gave them enough exposure and experience in their entrepreneurial journey which subsequently led to expansions. The precision and creativity earned through this modest beginning offered them a seamless transition to the new ventures including apparel manufacturing for both local and international buyers and later their own fashion brand. The skill to effortlessly blend fashion and traditional craftsmanship with timeless designs became their hallmark and crafted a niche in the industry.
